Hello everyone, I am writing this blog in two parts. Because I feel we don't pay much attention to something like stress and anxiety, which is becoming a common way of living now... 😨   So we have been talking a lot about anxiety and stress and depression. But what is it exactly? How do we, as a normal non-medical people ascertain if we indeed have anything of that sort in our minds? I am not going to talk about medical terms and symptoms of mental distress. 😊 I am going to share and list down things, actions, behaviors, feelings, and emotions that we go through in our daily lives that point to a downhill ride down-the-road. This list is developed after my own experience, and after taking note of all the things people around me have gone through, and are still going through.
