Hello everyone, I hope you have read PART 1 of this blog. If not, then read it here .  So what can we do to find, and heal, ourselves? Because really – that is the only answer and the only way out of this mental distress mess we, as a race, find ourselves in. First and foremost, that habit you have of seeking external validation, of living in the past or the future - that habit needs to transform into a healthy connection and relevance.  We all need people around us, we are not an island, neither are we capable of being one. Wisdom and happiness come in knowing where to stop and where to begin, when to concede and when to say enough. But also remember that the world is your reflection. So if you find yourself around people who are always cribbing, or insulting others, or being mean to others, know that it is going to start taking root inside you too.
